Poor service delivery

I would like to express my utter disappoint in the "service" that was provided by your staff on the 23 September 2018, at 10:00 am.

After having gifted my boss and his wife a voucher for a couples massage I was highly embarrassed and disappointed to hear about the unprofessional service provided.

Below is the list of incidents that occurred:

1) No management on arrival. 2) Appointment delayed due to unprepared staff. 3) Masseur techniques was inconsistent causing the couple discomfort. (This inconsistency resulted in her ripping the boss's wife's earring out). 4) Masseur was also lethargic which resulted in her falling ASLEEP on my boss's shoulder. 5) The boss's wife then woke her up, and without any apology she adjusted her eyes to the lighting and simply continued as if nothing out of the ordinary had happened.

As previously stated, this was extremely unprofessional and highly embarrassing for me as I had gifted the couple this voucher for their honeymoon.
