Poor Service

My partner and myself booked for the moonlight couples massage and to start the welcoming was not friendly. We enjoyed the back and foot scrub and massage but the deep indian head massage was a few light massages for 5min only. The mud wrap was not what we expected and we were not even sure if it was done and when enquiring about it via email I received no feedback and when I eventually got through to the spa the person I spoke to was more irritated and not very helpful and told me the manager will respond to my email when she gets time. This is extremely unproffesional and to date still no feedback from the spa. This package did not come cheap and myself and partner dont feel fully satisfied with our experience.
