Pathetic Spa Treatment

would like to express my utter disappointment in the treatment yesterday, I am not sure if it is because it was on the wiki deals voucher or not and if that is the case then you guys shouldn’t be offering discounts on wikideals.

I will also be informing them of the disappointment of yesterday.

Firstly, we were taken to the massage room and we had to take off our clothing and put it into the cupboard, where is the locker room where we would get the robe and slippers and then lock away our things?

The massage was fine, and then after we were given the robes and slippers and we had to then take our things out of the cupboard and carry it to the room where we were supposed to do the body scrub and the hydro bath.

The bath water was still busy flowing into the bath and we were told when it reaches a certain level we should press the button and the hydro bath would start, this was not the case, not only did we wait some time for the bath to fill, but when pressing the switch it did not work, 2 of the ladies came to check it out and then to top it off, THERE WERE SMALL BABY ****ROACHES RUNNING IN AND OUT OF THE SIDE OF THE BATH!!!!! HOW DISGUSTING.!!!

The manager then came and apparently the switch was off for safety reasons and then the bath worked, by this time I was already very annoyed and disappointed.
