Pathetic service and horrible place.

absolutely pathetic service, sauna or steam room never working. Manager is rude and does not know how to run a business, his staff are *********** and lie. Manager has a mouth on him because he thinks he can hide behind a desk.They don't call back as promised. Shaheeda, the Operations manager is a complete **** and does not know customer service, is rude and lies.Anthony Abrahams (the owner with a big mouth and attitude ), says on the phone he will come sort me out like he is going to try something, and when he came down he just did not do a thing and does not know how to run his own business. I don't recommend anyone going to this place or even supporting this business. They have had so many complaints yet this hotel keeps this owner running the spa.
