One of the worst experiences I have ever had

For the very first time i had a bad experience with a Spa, we booked for 4 people for Casuarina wellness in Waterfront on Sat, firstly we got there early for a 3pm appointment, when we got to the reception area, the lady that was there was not welcoming first sign, she told us to sit we will be called in, we sat there and they called us in at 15:07, checked the time, we were then told to get undress and they waited outside, after my sister went to the ladies it was hardly 2 min and she got back, our session started at 15:15 and at 15:55 they finished with the session, the shock we had for a session that was meant to take 60min and we were rushed out of the room cos they had to deal with another client, we stood the naked with the shock of being rushed to leave the room, no privacy for us to get dressed at all, HOW RUDE, we were treated like trash and those ladies were not even willing to listen to us, i started thinking that NO man maybe they are taking advantage because we speak the same language? BUT i do not care you do not treat people like that no matter what colour skin they are, none of them were willing to listen to any of our complaints, i left that place with a heavy heart because ive been to a lot of SPA places that was my worst experience ever, it was my sisters first SPA experience and she got the worst treatment, The ladies doing the massage spend more time on the preps then the actual massage we FELT really ****** :( i hope that they learn from this and treat people with respect.

NEVER AGAIN AND IF YOUR STAFF CONTINUES LIKE THIS SHEM ON YOU BUSINESS.
