Ntombi who handles calls..

Ntombi .. I believe she's a receptionist. Very rude, has 0 people's skills or phone etiquette. Please train your staff to be better. Im afraid she may be putting your company at risk as a front end or the face of the company. When we see her, we see your business, but she's letting you down as an institution. Im already thinking twice of coming through and not looking forward to the experience cause i can tell it'll be as bad as her attitude through the phone!
