Not so spa day

I was very disappointed by the whole experience. I bought a wiki spa deal for me and my husband hoping to be spoilt but it was bad.

Upon arrival we were not warmly welcomed just stiff covid 19 procedure and then taken to the reception and just left there. We had to figure out what to do next. Person at reception had no clue what was going on. We stood there till some lady got us.

So we were finally led to a very dark and cold room. We got or very bad 1h massages (mostly rubbing) . Scalp massage was quick and weird. My husband and I had to scrub ourselves in the shower with salt mixed with something that felt like vasiline. All oily and gross and no soap to wash of ourselves after we were done with this scrub. So the oil could not be completely washed of so obviously got onto our clothes. We were then told at the do you have 5 min left while still getting dressed. Being oily and all was difficult to get done and out. I felt like I had sunburn the next day after that scrub we need to be shown how to use the scrub. And we were hurried out. Worse treatment Please do better really.
