Non existent customer service

Despite the poor reviews I decided to give Casuarina the benefit of the doubt and purchased a Wikideal voucher. I have been trying for 2 days to contact them continuously via the online form and telephonically. No response whatsoever. Wikideals does not refund vouchers. How then can these people be contacted? If this is the service I am receiving and I have'nt even made a booking, I shudder to think what the actual experience might be.
