No telephone etiquette

Omg! Worse service ever! Customer service is awful! Please dont try to call that place. Thank God i didn't spend a R1000+ on a wikideals voucher.. imagine someone cant even apologize for their horrible way of speaking and gives no clarity on anything you ask! To the horrible person that answered the call the morning around 10:44.. you need to sweep the street and thats not even suitable for your stink attitude!
