No communication / booking

I've purchase a half day spa experience through wikideals, tried contacting them over 10 times and each time i get the same message that the line are busy and i should send them an email. I've send multiple emails and contacted the hotel to asked them to phone me back, but still no feedback from them. Not happy with the service.
