NEVER AGAIN!

I was at the Casuarina Spa in Greenpoint and it was the worst experience ever. I booked a couples massage, upon arrival we were not attended to and were made to wait for 20 minutes! When we finally went to the treatment room, the floor was wet, the beds were not cleaned, it smelled like old oil and armpits, absolutely disgusting. No covid protocols were adhered to, our temperature was not taken, there was no sanitizer provided and it was pretty obvious that the rooms were not sanitized either. The treatment was horrible they wanted to shorten our treatment time because of the delay but I did not stand for this as the delay was not my fault. I reported this to the hotel and spa and to date have not received any apology or communication from them. They really don't care about their customer service and it shows. Totally wasted my time and money on this place, such a disappointment. The fact that they are still promoting vouchers on wiki-deals is RIDICULOUS! They are selling people a 5 star Cape Royale spa experience when its the furthest thing from that.
