Left with the same knots

Hi, we purchased a voucher on Wikideals and we were suppose to have the Luxury Couples Spa Package. We have had many massages all over the Western Cape and this has far been the worst experience we had. We left there with no sign of feeling massaged and let alone any sign of oil on our body. We were then rushed out of the room so that someone else can come in without offering us a glass of water. We had to change in the room, the aircon was blasting on my back and the room was so small that everytime one of them walked pass they knocked our arm.

What pathetic service and a bad wedding anniversary experience.
