Lazy and inexperienced staff

Terrible experience. My husband and I were excited for weeks for this 3hr spa experience. Both ladies were busy washing cloths most of the time. They went in and out of the room. The massage was mediocre. We told them that we wanted a medium Swedish massage, they basically just rubbed out our bodies. The head massage was so terrible, you could feel the laziness behind it, it last for about 2-3mins. For a 5star hotel, this was disappointing.
