Injured at Casuarina Wellness Centre

0 stars. Went for a massage 2weeks ago (Sunday) a few things were wrong which I ignored and I shouldn’t have. My masseuse came in a bit later than the one my friend had. 20min into my massage she hurt my shoulder to a point I had to tell her to stop because I was in pain. On my way out the receptionist asked what was wrong, I told her “I don’t want to complain but the lady definitely didn’t know what she was doing and I believed she need more training, she hurt my shoulder it’s painful full right now and if it continues I’m definitely going to call you guys back”

I was offered another session which I refused because if that what they offered I definitely don’t want my back broken next time. The next 2day I didn’t sleep properly I called left my number no one got back to me, went back to them and asked to speak to the manager I was told she was at Cape Royal and when I got there I was given attitude by Casuarina Wellness Centre reception. Sent an email told them I will be seeing a Physio. Anthony the “manager” I guess doesn’t really like responding until he’s told so. I sent them my bill after my Physio and this man is now telling me about their insurance not covering Physio and that he can only refund my voucher amount after I got injured at their premises by their employer. The craziness In this is laughable.
