Horrible unprofessional service

<p>I bought a voucher on Groupon and made an appointment. We arrived on the date and this woman was busy speaking to some guy. It was clearly not work related so when we approached and tried to ask a question she says she's busy. When she finally does glue herself from the conversation it's to say we are at the wrong venue, we should be at Sugar Hotel Spa. Now the main issue is that the voucher and phone number are for the spa we were at. </p> <p>She tries to blame me for making the incorrect booking but it was their person that wrote it in the incorrect book. No apology for the mess up. No solution or attempt to make the situation better. We had to tell her to call the other spa and ensure our booking wouldn't be affected. But at no point is there an apology.</p> <p>I report the situation and they try and call the manager for The Commodore Hotel. I left my number to get the manager to call me back, his never called me back and this happened Saturday. </p> <p>I cant imagine the unacceptable way business is done in this place. I paid and got treated disgustingly. </p>
