Extremely disappointing Service

Extremely disappointed with the overall experience. I had booked a spa package treatment on WikiDeals (The Casuarina Wellness at the Commadore). The Treatment included a full body massage, head massage and sea salt scrub.

- How minor it might be, I did not receive any water on arrival. - 2 the******s were whispering and talking during the massage in the room which is highly unprofessional and therefore does not allow you to fully relax. - During the massage, the the****** put the air-con on (which was freezing cold), without asking. This was another disturbing factor, aiding to an unpleasant atmosphere.

I have complained to the manager via email and have yet to received a thorough apology regarding the above mentioned.

I would have hoped that a 5-star hotel with such a prestigious Spa would have offered much better service and hospitality. Highly disappointed and will certainly not be returning nor recommending the Spa to others.
