I would like to express my disappointment with the services received on Saturday 4th November 2017.

I bought a Wikideal for the couple's moonlight spa treatment for my wife and I as part of the weekend spoils for our 10 year anniversary celebration.

Needless to say, we left your establishment hot, flustered and rushed. Details below.

we arrived at your hotels beautiful reception area and both my wife and myself thought we are in for a luxurious treat.We arrived at the spar 2.48pm, our appointment was for 3pm. The massage only started at 3.20pm, done by 4.20pm, after being told in waiting area that it's an hour and 15 min. Thereafter, WE had to apply the scrub OURSELVES, while in the 'steam room' and we were reminded to be done by 5pm. As a result of this the steam was switched off and we were all hot and sweaty from the steam room and had to walk through and past other waiting guests.

The shower / steam room was not hygienic at all. The tiles and grouting were dirty and we were not offered any shower slippers either which is unhygienic. as per your advert "2 x Relaxing Foot & Leg Massages" my understanding is that the feet are soak and then massaged ?This did not happen.

How were we supposed to feel as if we've just had a 'relaxing' 2 hour spa experience?

Based on our previous experiences at different establishments, the sauna wild happen first as to allow to pores to open up, then scrub is app**** , then wiped down with WARM towels, then we showered, THEN only the relaxing 1 hour 15 minute massage. also the

I understand if we were late that we would forfeit our time. But as previously stated, we were there 10 minutes prior to our appointment.

The description of the deal is also a bit misleading. Example strawberries dipped in Lindt chocolate. They were the tiniest 2 strawberries I've seen and that was definitely NOT Lindt chocolate.

One only spends that magical 10 year anniversary once in your lifetime.I would like to say thank you for dampening our experience and we not be recommending this and will be expressing our discomfort on our Wikideal review.
