Disgusting spa experience

What a disgusting spa experience we had yesterday. I am a fully qualified somotologist and work my ass off so was very much looking forward to massage. I had booked the couples spa experience on wiki deals with tapas and mock tails. Well where do start. After struggling to get through to your wellness centre for days first of all too finally getting in touch to make my booking We arrived 10 min early as requested only too be taken in 10min after 2pm too having a dirty floor in the treatment room, having wet towels not gentle placed but slapped on my back for exfoliation removal, to your the******s sighing all through the treatment, to having my treatment cut short because my the****** left the room TWICE during a massage!! 1st time with the door left open and chatted in the passage while my boyfriend was being massaged. My back massage was literally about 10min long if I’m lucky I wasn’t asked if I had areas of concern or anything. Or consultation form was given. We weren’t greeted at all by reception. The whole experience was terrible I don’t know how you run a spa like this with the******s who clearly don’t want to be there. Will never return and will not recommend in the slightest. If I could give no stars I would!!
