DISGUSTING SERVICE

Disgustingly disappointed -Really wish I'd looked at reviews before purchasing a voucher, absolutely shocking bad attitude from LERATO and ASA they were not friendly and welcoming at all. I bought a couple voucher for 60 min treatment, but they only took 35 min, the head massage was not done as LERATO counted it when we arrived. I must say I regret choosing this place they were so pathetic and unprofessional when I asked if I could fill in the survey, they said it is not available. I wanted to rate them a “whopping 0” I will never recommend the Casuarina spa because of the service we received from these two ladies. it was the worst service ever.
