DISGUSTED SERVICE

I had a Wikideals voucher that included a back exfoliation , head massage and a Swedish or a Aromatherapy massage.

This was at the Casuarina Wellness at the Cape Royale Hotel. on the 10th October 2022 at 3pm

I do not recommend this place to anyone.

- First of all the lady doing the massage is fluish she has been coughing and pulling up her nose none stop. If you sick the staff shouldnt be allowed to touch other people , secondly before the massage commenced I advised the lady that I do not want the head massage but everything else .

After the back exfoliation she wiped my back and app**** oil on my back and calves and my neck app**** pressure here an there but no where did I feel an aromatherapy massage take place .....I have lots of experience Iv been to many massages and worked at a well known spa as well.

She did not even touch my arms or hands to apply oil

Neither did it even feel like a massage , a whole waste of time and money .

My 4 year old niece can do a better job than that.

Such bad service and disgusted.
