Disappointing

I booked a 45 min back/shoulder/neck massage at Casuarina Waterfront. How very disappointing! I don’t believe the lady doing the actual massage had any formal training whatsoever. She had no idea how to work the muscles & spent the entire time just going up & down my back & continually adding oil. My neck and shoulders weren’t massaged at all. I have been fortunate to have had massages all over the world & in many many parts of South Africa so speak from experience!
