Dirty smelly sub standard

From entering the hotel we were grated by a immature punk with pants hanging on his knees and no mask chewing on a candybar. We then get taken to the spa and told to ask the geezer behind the reception whats up? We booked a 150min R4000 value package on wiki deals. Stating all kinds of lovely treatments and bubbly and lint chocolate. We were left in the sauna for an hour. We had to run mud on each other what was too little and then wrap each other in gladwarp... (mudritual ca****? I don't think so) there was no air it was stuffy and hot in the room and we had asked several times to please come out. After making a fuss about them wanting to do only a 30min full body massage they proceeded to do it for an hour.... Probably the best part of the whole treatment. The facial was shocking.... Footscrub in our faces and just horrible. The staff was rude and arrogant and we were stuck in a small room with no ventilation. When I asked for a fan the the****** almost fell backwards from rolling her eyes at me. Needless to say half way through there was a power cut and we were hot with sweaty the****** working on us. I have been a spa Consultant for 17years and it goes beyond me how people would have such substandard and horrible dirty establishments and think they can actually make money. Every the****** should be qualified as you can really do damage is u don't know what your doing.
