Casuarina Wellness spa bad experience

I had a very bad experience at the casuarina Wellness spa. My room was like an ice block. I was freezing in the room. The heater wasn't working and they knew this but they still allow the room to be used. This spoilt my whole experience with my wife. This was her birthday present and it was so spoiled with this bad experience.
