Casuarina Wellness Cape Royale Worst Spa Treatment ever!!!!!

What a ****en spoil to my wifes Birthday. It was the most embarasing moment ever in my life..... The worst Spa Treatment anyone could go for.... I would not recomend Casuarina Wellness Cape Royale to anybody....will defnately be contacting the voice to stop another couple of dissapointment. 1 No bubbly drinks on arrival...As per the Moonlight package The towels we had to use was USED OILY TOWELS FROM PREVIOUS COUPLES TOWLS Rooms smelt like old paint.....we could hardly breath No aircon Staff had attitude And to be honest the list can go on and on......etc

Hope u find it heart to respond to this as u cannot keep on taking money from people and not rendering the service as per purchase....
