Casuarina Spa

On the 16th of June I visited Casuarine Welness Spa. We were 3 family members who went for a full body massage and an express facial. Sadly it became apparent that the staff were not properly trained for these treatments. We were shocked in their lack of massage techniques because between the 3 of us, only one received a proper massage (the other two were stroked on the back) and not one of us got a facial with the correct technique - my cheeks were red and sore for a week after the way she scrubbed my face. (The ckranser and scrub was also put over my eys - I had scrub in my eys for a day afterwards)…. I brought their training to the attention of the spa management but only received a “thank you for bringing it under our attention” reply. I also brought it under the attention of the wikideal management but They still advertise on wikideals and just be warned before you go, that the spa is private and not part of the Commodore Hotel in which it is located. I strongly feel the public is being misled with what they can expect.
