Below is my email today to WikiDeals where I bought 2 couple SPA vouchers. I'm super unhappy purchasing this vouchers:

I bought 2 X couple vouchers. I tried to contact the centre on Monday, 27.11.2023. I've sent an email through their website. Tuesday, 28.11.2023 I've sent again an email because I don't get ANY response.

Today, 30.11.2023 I phoned the number on the voucher *** - The recording on the number says: Please leave your message and directly after that the recording say: there is no more space to leave a message.

I googled for another contact number: I saw ***. After 2min a lady answered - WHO no one can understand. She said she is the only one there.

I booked for Sundag, 21 Jan 2024. Through the conversation I hardly could hear or understand her (Soso) . She said I can't make a booking so far ahead of time - she doesn't have a paper to fill in the booking.

I 'm very disappointed with the service I got.

Can you contact the centre and they mush confirm by email my booking please
