Casuarina Cuts Treatments Short

My husband I often book the 1hour full-body massage. This would not be the first time, that Casuarina has ****** us, giving us a much shorter treatment. We arrived 25mins before our time-slot and they made us wait as they were running late. We only got into the room AFTER our slot time and then had to get ready for the massages. The massages only begun 10mins into our slot and ended 10mins early. That means we got 20mins less. a 1hr treatment turned into a 40minute treatment. When I spoke to the manager on site, she didnt apologize she smiled at me and said "oh okay, you are welcome to log a complaint". I think this is disgusting and not at all what I expected. A few weeks prior to the above mentioned treatment, our massages were also cut short, so this was NOT an isolated incident.
