bad service

Good Day I purchased a voucher from Wikideals on the 06/05/2022. The voucher was for a couples massage and a Dinner at the Casuarina Lounge- see voucher code Coupon# *** Exclusive: A Luxury Couples Spa Package & a 2-Course Gourmet Dining Experience for 2 People! the issue with this was when i called to the number provided to make a booking -no-one ever answered. i then sent emails upon emails and again you get a response two days later... eventually i got through to the waterfront branch after weeks of calling and we had our massages done on Saturday past. we asked the receptionist there to assist us with making a booking at the restaurant and she refused to assist. the service had been so bad, the massages were terrible and the food was not up to standard either.

I will not recommend anyone buying these vouchers nor will i EVER purchase them again, it was a complete waste of my time and money
