Bad Service at Casuarina Wellness Centre (The Commodore Hotel)

On the 28 February 2024 I had a booking at the Casuarina Wellness Centre (The Commodore Hotel) for myself and my mother. Arrived well in advance and got to the reception area and there was no one there for a solid 30mins eventually I decided to walk into the massage area past the reception area looking for someone to assist. After five minutes of roanong around i was greeted by the reception lady or employee who works there. Harshly she noted i was allowed on the other side of the building without being escorted by the reception. I noted that we had been sitting outside for 30mins without any assistance. Once outside at the reception area we further waited another 20 mins before our service. The ladies s attending us were unfriendly and no welcome drinks were offered as our coupons noted that we were Casuarina Wellness Centre (The Commodore Hotel): to them but nonetheless the message was terrible and the entire experience of that spa was terrible. Not sure what was happening that morning but it wasnt a relaxing experience at all.
