Appalling service from staff and owner

I went for a Wikideal Couple treatment on 02 January, and the 'the******s' who did our treatments were abrupt, unfriendly and rude. As soon as our massage was over we were told we had to leave as the 'the******' had another client coming in now. The staff were very unprofessional in most all my dealings with them. I requested a refund on Monday, and was promised it would be done Friday (month end, which I was fine with), this still hadn't been done by Saturday. I eventually went to the spa on Saturday late afternoon and tried to get my refund be done that day, the owner talked over me, was rude and belligerent, and told me he was at a \Private function
