Appalling service from Casuarina Wellness Centre

Appalling service from Cape Royale Luxury Hotel & Spa/Casuarina Wellness Centre. I purchased a Wikideals coupon for a couples massage. It was impossible to make a booking as no one answers the phone. It took me a week of phoning daily to get a hold of someone to make a booking. We eventually got a booking for 2 months after phoning. When arriving on our booking date, we were informed at the entrance of the hotel that the spa is closed! This is absolutely terrible service not to inform clients, with scheduled bookings (and paid for), that you're closed. 1h30min drive, petrol wasted and more importantly wasting our time. And now I need to waste more time to get a refund too as I am most definitely not wasting my time again to make another booking.
