Absurd service at Casuarina Wellness Spa

I was there for mothers day for a full body massage. The service I received was unprofessional. The masseuse I got was Ase, she was overally distracted by her phone the whole time. I first heard her whispering to someone to give it to her. She then even dropped the phone on the floor as she was busy with the massage, I saw it because my head was faced down in the bed head compartment. She was even using one hand in a very slow and manner as she was typing on the phone. I felt the vibrations of her typing her phone on the massage bed. I looked up and saw the phone light flashing on her face and asked if she was distracted by her phone. She went on and acted like she was not distracted by satying she was busy with massage and did not have a phone. I raised the issue with a lady at the front desk who was not a manager and she took me to the masseuse who was still denying she had phone with her. The entire service ruined my mother's day, my husband who paid for the service was livid by my experienced. They need to give me a refund or give me proper service because that was unprofessional and unacceptable.
