This is by far thee most unprofessional place I have spent my money at!

I bought 2 of vouchers from wikideals which was a Spa Treatment for 2 and Pedicure/Foot Pamper for 2. Both occasions I had bad experience!

Recently went back with my Niece for a relaxing ladies foot pamper. First issue was when we got there and we were told there was no appointment on their books under my name after I booked 2 weeks prior and made a call day before our app and it was confirmed. After thats saga we were than told to sit where the pedis will be done and 2 ladies walked in with a foot spa full of water. As the two ladies started the pamper I noticed the one doing my treatment kept looking at her colleague and didnt seem to know what she was doing. I kept silent until I couldnt because it just went south and worse! She spilled water on me, product all over, I wasnt enjoying the treatment at all! I asked her is she new and does she know what she is doing? The lady stood up threw the dirty towel on me and told me to wait for her colleague to finish my Niece so she can do me! Mind you the treatment is 60 minutes. Immediately when that happened I asked for the manager and a Lady came to assist only to find out she was not even a manager so they are just covering for each other!

The one thing that amazed me is when we asked the lady we were left with if they have sort of qualification for this and she said NO! They dont have any sort of qualification however they were shown how to massage and nails.

All in all my treatment was not done! Still have not heard from them! No refund as promised!
