Pharmacies Refusal to Assit or Correctly Communicate With Me

This company keeps sending me statements that I owe them money, when I respond and query what it is for, they cometely ignore me, and as I have not been to this establishment since 2021, over 3 years ago. So they are happy to take my money, but ca not take 2 minutes to tell me why!

However, I have paid them, I keep sending a proof of payment to prove it, however everymonth I still receive a statement.

I have tried to call however I get no response.

I keep emailing however I receive no response.

I feel like I am being harassed.
