Pathetic, Unprofessional, Dishonest!!!

How quick to phone when I submitted the application. At first you would get a call all friendly and eager to help advising if application is successful payout will commence the sameday.

Then I got a message on whatsapp stating my contract will be sent as soon as the loadshedding is done. Once the power was back on I received a call advising my loan has been approved for Rx amount. Then all of a sudden the debit order system doesn't work and I have to go to a branch in order to sign my contract, right at that point I was not able to do so and asked if there was an alternative and got informed that they are able to send a courier, which at the time agreed to and was also informed at the same time that the contract will be sent to may.

I waited the entire Thursday afternoon and didn't receive anything so again Friday morning I start following up and ask if I could go to the branch and was told they cannot inform the courier now coz his most probebly on his way to me already.

On Monday, still no contract, still no call from the courier so I sent another message to Anele who then all of a sudden advised that the application got declined coz they were not able to confirm my employment - which I must say is not part of the minimum approval process.

DO NOT DEAL WITH CASTLE BRIDGE CAPITAL. I will take legal action against this as I have the whatsapp messages too.
