I am deeply disappointed with the service I have received from Castle and Nest Properties Management, particularly from Valentino Williams. I signed a property management contract with them in June 2024, trusting them to handle my rental property professionally.

However, for November 2024, the tenant made their rental payment of R8,500, but I, as the landlord, have not received the funds after the management fee deduction.Valentino initially claimed the payment was mistakenly transferred to the wrong landlord and promised it would be corrected by November 7, 2024. Despite multiple follow-ups on November 12, 15, and 18, as well as promises to resolve the matter, no payment has been made to date.

Valentino has stopped answering my calls and WhatsApp messages. He only responded to my sister's call, claiming he was out of the country, but later contradicted himself by promising to resolve the issue. On November 21, he sent a voice note stating payment would be made that afternoon, but the deadline I gave him of 12:00 AM has now passed, and I still have not been paid.

This lack of professionalism, accountability, and communication is unacceptable. I trusted Castle and Nest Properties Management with my investment, but they have failed to deliver the basic services they promised.
