Bad customer service

This people are so unprofessional, I placed an order with them and they said they will deliver on Saturday then I told them I will be around Fourways so I rather pick up and they agreed to this, we communicated on Tuesday... Boom on Friday I am just confirming with them about pick up on Sunday then that’s when they told me they are out of stock what kind of customer service is this? This is not how you do business. They don’t communicate with their customers whatsoever
