Fat you will get!

My husband and I went there for a drink and a takeaway. I ordered chicken and he ordered a 300g steak and sides. When the waiter took our orders, my husband made it clear he wants his Steak well done, with NO fat... When the waiter brought our food, my husband insist to see how the food looks like before we left. When seeing the steak still had a big chomp of fat on, basically half of the size of the steak, he asked her why it is that way, if he made it clear he does not want any fat on? Her reply was, she did told the chef to do so, but he apparently told that is not how they do steaks there. Insisting to speak to the manager, he got told that this is the way they buy their steak in, how they made it and how they sell it. No cutting of fat, because then it no longer is 300g... When asked why he was not been made aware of it when he placed the order, he could not get a straight answer. How disappointing it is to realize they expect you to pay for something you did not order, nor want. No sense of customer's preference or request. Will definitely not go back there, or recommend it to anyone.
