Worst Service at Cassis Constantia

<p>After 12 today, I visted Constantia Cassis as I needed to buy and order cakes and passteries for a photoshoot.</p> <p> </p> <p>I entered the store and the lady was busy at the basin, she heard and saw me coming into the store, but felt it was wasn't necessary to greet me, nor ask how she can help. I was browsing around because we needed quite a few cakes and passtries for the shoot tomorrow but still, she blatantly ignored me.</p> <p> </p> <p>In walks a white lady, immediately she turns around and asks "hello ma'am, how can I help you". Was I not worthy of the same customer service? Or do you need to look a certain way to be greeted, I still stayed in the store for another minute and still no service, nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will never visit your store again, not will I ever support your business. The only thing that will set your business apart is your customer service, I went to Woollies, Tashas and Vida and received such good service there. And I am happy to send my money where I can treated with respect! </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
