About as artisinal as a ckeckers bakery
I recently bought some baked goods at Cassis. I am not a regular customer of Cassis but I needed some “nice” bread in a pinch. The so-called ciabatta loaf I bought had about the same texture and tastse as a Sasko white loaf. And the croissants I bought were stale and chewy. Worst part is the price! More expensive than far better artisinal bakeries such as Jason’s and Woodstock Bakery. I didn’t expect it to be amazing, but man was I disappointed!
