Good day, I have been injured at work on June 2013

I was delivering in Durban, when I had to help the boy offload the meat from the truck I was driving. The meat was so heavy that the boy could not handle it and he let go, leave the string to rip my thumb. I have been to the doctor and he had no choice to amputate. Mr Q Sattar was the owner of the business at that time, he passed away in 2014 (****her of Hossain Sattar) who is also aware of my injury. Mr Q Sattar be for passing away said that he will sort thing out. Hossain is now refusing to compensate. I have been to the labour department in 2015 and I haven't received any joy till now. It would be highly appreciated if you could assist.<br> Thank You
