Disappointing service

It was my hubbie's birthday yesterday,I chose Cassie's to order a platter because they advertise ready in 1 hour,I've order by them before(Cassie's sidwell) for work functions and was always happy with their platters. So yesterday morning at 9 o clock I've went into Cassie's (Kamma park ) they said and I understand they were short staff due to taxi strikes. I only need the platter between 4 and 5 the afternoon.The gentleman assure me he will make the platter for me. Forward 4:15 pm ,where gentleman was sitting outside on chair smoking ,I went in,the one lady which were present when I ordered my platter recognise me and emediatly said he forgot about this one. Now my guest were invited from 4:30 , I have rely on that platter Now in store there were 3-4 staff already and it was very quiet, the one staff member then said she will make it it will be ready in 1 hour,now everybody was now behind counter including gentleman,none of them apologized nor could look me in eyes,anyway I was desperate to have something to eat for my quests that is already waiting

Forward to when fetching my platter at 5:15, it was the most disappointing ever for people waiting to eat and then the platter was ice cold,old pies cut up in little pies,rock hard chicken nuggets and overdone cheese grillers.By then my hubbie was fuming,he phoned and demand to whoever to make us a decent platter ,and take the one they made back and deliver ,which long story they did,but without any pies,now I actually ordered the platter for their little pies,that said they put little samoosas ect extra instead of the pies. R325 for a platter like we had is absolutely crazy,and not to mention the disappointment on me ,hubbie and quests faces,well few people will not make use of their services now.
