Refund Not Paid

On the 2nd of May 2025 (Friday) . We decided to book BnB/Self Catering place in Richards Bay, by a woman named *@Maryna BeKkie VanNieKerk* and *@Chantell Diesel* Paid for two nights at her place *@Cassiandra Self Catering*. From the 2nd until the 4th.

However the stay had to be cut short due to a funeral. I advised the ladies of this and was sure I'd then get my refund for the one unused night (had to leave Saturday early morning). To my surprise, the refund was not done. I called until my phone was ignored and now blocked.

This is daylight *******. What can I do to report this place.
