<p>In the time's we live in today, a few common human courtesies are non existent especially in a business place. You as a client are treated as if they (the workers or employees of said company) treat you as if they are doing you this huge unbelievable favor for you by even doing the smallest thing when it is actually just there job and what you as a client pay them for as you are doing the "favor" by having your money or business there. I applaud Casseys Auto in Springs for showing just how one should and must do your job and business. You as a client you are treat like a piece of gold when stepping in the doors by them. The first time I took my car there last year I was shocked at this display of professionalism as one expects to argue or fight with some one some where. I did not know how to react. Now I do, as it happened again today and just gives a person a warm fuzzy felling inside. Casseys Auto you have made a life long customer with me. Well done to all who work there.
