Service took longer than expected

<p>Springs Casseys Ford has unqualified technicians, I took my vehicle there and it's over 2 months now they still can't fix it. Even after changing the engine they still fail to configure it, in stead they generate money from adding or changing unnecessary parts. The car that is their product and it's serviced by them now they refuse to take responsibility. With the car that has 28000 km, 2014 model I'm charged more than 90 000.00 and still incremental. When the car went for service they couldn't picked up parts that need replacement,now that I'm paying for it's like they changing even the seats.</p>
