Service

Our Company vehicle went for a service on the 29/06/2015, I have told them that they need to check the hand brake/ brakes ,rattles etc. as the vehicle is old and needs a good service/ fix up. After the 3rd e-mail to Carmen advising her that it is leaking oil and the brakes are not 100% on the 13th July, she eventually phoned me on the 20th July and said that they will collect the vehicle which only happened on the 21st July. On Friday the 24th July I received a phone call stating that they will look into it to see if they worked on it. I have send an e-mail to Carmen everyday from Monday the 27th July asking what is happening and got no reply what so ever. Today 31July I received a call stating what is wrong with the vehicle and that they need to replace a few things, two weeks later if I had to approve for them to fix it today it would have probably taken another week or two. I will never use Cassey's Auto Benoni again. They just don't care.
