Give Them Your Car Get Back a Skadonk !

<p>About 6 to 8 weeks back I took my Ford Tourneo in for its 75,000km service .</p> <p>I was told they had "campaigns that needed doing " plus the service.</p> <p>The work was not completed & the car needed to go back . It also came out with a "Diesel Knock" </p> <p>Over the past few weeks Ford have had the car about 5 times . Once they held onto it for 3 Days . The work and problems have not been fixed . I call and call but no one gives you feedback . The service is shocking and to top it off they scratched the car . I decided to give it to them last week Friday. I would be away for a few days and I said I would fetch it this Thursday . So they would have 4 or 5 days to sort out all the problems . Ford South Africa had contacted me after I posted on the FB page and said they were also looking into it . This morning I am called with a Bulldust story that I cant collect my car because they are waiting for the panel beater . When actually I said I need the car I am then told the works not been done. What have they done for the past week ??? And why now must I pay out for a rental car beacuse of their incompetence ??? Caseys , Ford & supergroup service is shocking !!! </p>
