Due to this dealership, will never again purchase a ford. Almost 4 months have gone by and my car has still not been fixed or returned

The lack of communication from this dealership was the start of it, it is almost impossible to get hold of anyone there. Had to drive there and arrange to speak to someone myself. My car has been at this dealership for almost 4 months now. No updates are ever given as to what is going on. The matter has been escalated to Ford South Africa, in hopes that we will receive some form of feed back as to why my vehicle has been there for so long.
