Car returning back in the same condition with no explanation

My car was towed in to Casseys Auto Benoni Ford as it could not start. They had my car in for a week. I then went to fetch my car after the week. No one could explain to me what was wrong with the car, however they claim to have diagnosed my car. The technician who spoke to me however stated that The diagnosis of resetting the timing was not the problem on my vehicle. Due to fustration I took my car home and still do not have an answer in what is wrong with my car, however it was at Ford a dealer I should be able to trust for a week. This is uncalled for. No clear answers have been given to me. I also believe that they took advantage of me as a lady since I do not know anything about cars.
