Worst service team

Worst service - unfriendly staff when checking vehicle in for repair very arrogant and doesn't listen to you while explaining the problem. The person responsible for giving feedback NEVER call you with promised feedback. When you phone to enquire she has to confirm with the mechanic and will get back to you but you have to call them AGIAN. WOULDN'T ADVICE ANYONE TO USE THEIR SERVICES ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC
